The Opportunity 

Radar Healthcare's new ⭐Executive Assistant ⭐

You’ll be at the heart of the business, supporting senior leaders with day-to-day priorities, keeping them organised, and helping drive execution behind the scenes. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll support the CEO, COO along with ad hoc support to other senior leaders.

What you’ll be doing to make a difference:

• Calendar & Inbox Management: Own complex scheduling across multiple time zones, prioritise commitments, and protect executive focus time.
• Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Coordinate agendas, take notes, and ensure action items are tracked and followed through.
• Travel & Event Coordination: Book travel, manage itineraries, and organise internal events, leadership off sites, or customer meetings.
• Document & Presentation Support: Assist with creation, formatting, or proofreading of decks, reports, and internal comms.
• Executive Communications: Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Support: Assist with light project management, tracking key initiatives, or coordinating cross-functional deliverables.
• General Admin: Expense reports, vendor coordination, and maintaining executive filing systems and documentation.

Your journey so far...

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar, ideally supporting multiple execs in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
• Exceptionally strong organisational and time management skills.
• Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft, Slack, Teams, and calendar tools.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment is a big plus.

💵 Pension - We’re invested in your future, we contribute 3% of your salary to your pension pot, helping you save up for those golden years!

💻 Technology – Rest assured, we'll have a laptop all set up and ready for you on your first day. Additionally, in your first week, we’ll conduct a WFH risk assessment to ensure you have everything you need, including a second screen, keyboard, mouse, and any other goodies!

🎈 Socials – we get together as a full company at least four times per year, plus at least once a quarter in individual teams, too. Not including all the fun activities being planned by our newly formed social committee.
