The Opportunity
Radar Healthcare's new ⭐Support Analyst⭐
The Support Analyst (SA) is responsible for managing and resolving customer support tickets efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience. As the first point of contact for customers, the SA logs, tracks, and owns support cases through to resolution. This role involves proactive issue escalation, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and contributing to a comprehensive knowledge base to enhance self-service capabilities.
Support Analysts are expected to develop deep expertise in the Radar Healthcare application, enabling them to provide high-quality support and guidance to customers. This role is ideal for individuals with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for learning within a fast-paced software support environment.
What you’ll be doing to make a difference:
- Log, monitor, and manage support tickets through to resolution, ensuring issues are handled within agreed SLAs.
- Take full ownership of assigned support cases and ensure customers receive timely and accurate responses.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on raised tickets, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the support lifecycle.
- Provide empathetic and informed responses to user queries to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Proactively identify tickets that require escalation and collaborate with Technical, Product, or Consulting teams to drive resolution.
- Ensure escalated issues are followed up and that customers remain informed of progress and outcomes.
- Work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and Partner Managers to ensure support efforts align with client implementation and operational goals.
- Share insights and patterns identified from support cases with relevant teams to inform product and process improvements.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Radar’s support knowledge base, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and solution documentation.
- Maintain high-quality documentation to enable self-service and reduce repetitive queries.
- Commit to becoming an expert user of the Radar Healthcare platform, regularly updating knowledge as the product evolves.
- Participate in internal training sessions and stay informed about product releases, new features, and configuration options.
Your journey so far...
- Customer Satisfaction: Positive customer feedback and resolution experience, measured via CSAT or NPS scoring.
- Timely Resolution: Support tickets resolved efficiently and within SLA timeframes.
- Effective Escalation: Escalated issues are clearly documented, resolved collaboratively, and tracked to closure.
- Knowledge Base Growth: Regular contributions to support documentation that improve the effectiveness of self-service support.
- System Expertise: Demonstrated progression in Radar HC product knowledge and ability to resolve increasingly complex queries.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, ideally within a SaaS or software business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote team setting.
Even better if you…
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk) and basic understanding of SLAs and support workflows is advantageous.
