The Opportunity
Radar Healthcare's new ⭐Territory Manager Middle East⭐
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Territory Manager to help grow our innovative HealthTech solution across the Middle East. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with healthcare providers and distributors, identify exciting market opportunities, and work towards achieving sales goals for our UK-origin products. You’ll also play a key part in creating strategic partnerships, staying on top of regional regulations, and ensuring our customers are set up for success.

What you’ll be doing to make a difference:
Market Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise potential markets and clients in the Middle East region.
- Analyse market trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive positioning to create targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting Radar Healthcare within the region
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners.
- Build a robust pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
Strategic Partnerships and Networking:
- Work with existing partners and distributors to amplify market reach.
- Develop new partnerships within the region.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
Customer Success and Support:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of products and services for clients.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about regional healthcare regulations and ensure all sales and marketing activities comply.
- Assist in the registration and approval process for new products where required.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management.
- Use CRM tools to track progress and manage customer data efficiently.
Your journey so far...
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Demonstrated success in selling technology solutions to healthcare organisations in the Middle East.
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics, including cultural, economic, and regulatory aspects.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex HealthTech solutions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Even better if you…
- Have 5+ years experience in sales or business development within the HealthTech or medical devices industry.
- Have knowledge of Arabic.
- Have an MBA or equivalent in Business, Healthcare or a related field.
