The Role
We are looking for another proactive and experienced Customer Support Specialist who thrives when working with people and looking for solutions, to join our team to support our growing customer base. You will provide first line support, working closely with our talented team of Customer Support Specialists, Customer Success Managers and Project Managers to ensure our customers receive a fantastic experience throughout the customer journey. We're a Bronze award winner of the 2022 CX Best Customer Centric Culture, and the successful candidate will be joining the business and team at an exciting time of growth.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Logging all calls
- Taking ownership of user problems
- Answering support queries
- Diagnosing software issues for external customers
- Involvement in setting up and configuring Radar Healthcare software for new customers
- Working closely with test team in relation to the testing of new features and improvers under the supervision of the lead tester
- Collaboration with the wider team to share ideas and drive continuous improvement
About You
Essential:
• Customer facing communication skills
• Demonstrable experience with telephone 1st line product/software support
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and logical thinking
Desirable:
• A basic understanding of SQL databases and how to access data
• Experience of testing software
• Software as a service support experience
• Knowledge of XML / HTML

The package
This is a hybrid role, with time split between being predominantly home based and occasional working from/meetings in our office in Leeds, with occasional travel elsewhere in line with requirements of the role. We’re offering 25 days holiday, not including bank holidays and a competitive salary, dependent on candidate experience, along with the following:
